Is your work aligning to your goals? This is an important question that I believe we have to ask ourselves this year as we approach the third quarter. 2016 brought an onslaught of infopreneurship. But the reality is, we have been in an information age for quite some time. We went from agricultural to industrial to informational. But it was like the last two years, bloggers figured that out and went HAM-burgular. And it was great in a lot of ways, but I think that it left a lot of people confused about what their goals actually were.
The new year is closing in. The months have seemed to fly by and there have been great highs and great lows in this year of 2016. As we are planning, writing out the goals, and plotting world domination, I thought it the perfect time to just assess what truly matters. It may be different for every person, but I’ll take you through a few of the things that I have found most important in life this year.
One of my biggest fears has always been being ordinary. I mean from the time I was a little girl I always wanted to stand out. I wanted to shine, but was always slightly afraid of what that meant. I felt like I was destined for something bigger than myself with no rhyme or reason to support it. I just wanted to be seen, to be impactful, to have something to say.
